The Brewery
With the intention of providing our customers with greater choice and quality artisan beers, we founded the Cotton Ball Brewing Company in late 2013.
The brewery consists of a five barrel brew house, four 800 litre ale fermenters, four 800 litre conical conditioning tanks and two 800 litre bottling/kegging tanks to date. Recently added was an automated bottling line, allowing us to beautifully bottle our craft beers and distribute them across the country to off licences and shops near you.
Since our establishment, we have continuously aimed to provide the best quality craft beers to the public. We have not only seen our reach across Ireland but across the waters too! Here are some articles in which our brewery and our beers have received a special mention:

Humphrey Lynch
A veteran of the Cotton Ball, Humphrey has shown his enthusiasm and natural appetite for brewing since coming on board.
